The Flags of Honor program was created by William “Bulldog” Sump to honor Veteran Service Members in their final days of life. This program allows the Veteran Service Member to be presented with the flag that represents their service by fellow Veterans. The flag is then given to a person/s of their choice free of charge. No Veteran should ever be alone in their final days, and their memory should never be forgotten.
